Operations Associate I (Machine Operator)

Confluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Confluent Medical Technologies Inc., is urgently seeking an Operations Associate I (Machine Operator) to join our production team. The role involves operating equipment and manufacturing wire to customer specifications on a rotating shift schedule. Operators may be assigned to the morning, afternoon, or night shift at equal intervals.

Responsibilities

• Read, follow, and train on Work Instructions (WI) and Equipment Operation Procedures (EOPs) to operate production equipment.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining line balance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workstation.
• Use and read measuring devices, such as rulers, calipers, micrometers, thermometers, gauges, and perform self‑inspection on all process steps.
• Properly complete manufacturing documentation.
• Communicate problems to supervisor or lead and the need for production operating supplies.
• Participate in improvement activities related to process or safety.
• Complete required basic production, health, safety and environmental hazard training courses.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company health, safety and environmental regulations, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills, including MSWord and Excel.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent, or 0–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Read and comprehend equipment operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, documentation, and memos.
• Write clear, legible, and accurate data and correspondence.
