About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Operator Basic in the blue-collar category who embodies our values, challenges, innovates, and moves at a fast pace. The Operator Basic is responsible for operating simple line/machine/palletizer or supporting operations on a production line for manufacturing Medical Devices according to fixed specifications and Standard Operating Procedures. As a member of the shift team, the Operator is responsible for machine performance.

What You Will Do

• Work within EOGL HSE standards.
• Operate processes and equipment efficiently and apply the necessary standards to keep the process under control.
• Operate, set up, monitor and troubleshoot ancillary or support machines (e.g., printers) associated with the main machine.
• Perform tool changeovers applicable to the machines (excluding tools requiring expert technical skills).
• Ensure material/resource availability required for effective operation of the machine.
• Secure product quality by regular checks against specifications; reject or block as necessary.
• Complete required documentation and data files (soft or hard copies) as a reflection of machine operations (e.g., BMR, in-process inspection reports, loss data, process failures, machine failures, data registers).
• Takes responsibility for the rework of quarantined materials during their shift and ensures clearance within the shift.
• Handle and resolve process failures with support; share feedback and constraints of the shifts constructively.
• Support investigations for CAPA, complaints, or any deviation within their scope.
• Ensure high levels of Good Hygiene Practice (GHP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain clear communication with previous and next shifts and other stakeholders as needed.

Who You Are

• High School + ITI or diploma in mechanical/electrical trades.
• 3+ years of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing unit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.
• Ability to take initiative to solve problems.
• Willingness to work in shift operations.
