Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Materials Handler I to join the Shipping & Receiving team in India. You will unpack received goods, verify against orders, maintain ERP records, and perform daily cycle counts while keeping inventory locations updated.

Responsibilities include preparing goods for shipment, ensuring compliance with shipping requirements, posting weights and charges in the ERP, and assisting with loading/unloading using a forklift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 20 kg unassisted.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Associates degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Materials Handler I Confluent Medical Technologies India Pvt Ltd is a 100% owned subsidiary of Confluent Medical Technologies Inc. (HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona - https://confluentmedical.com/). Confluent Medical is urgently looking for a Materials Handler I in our Shipping & Receiving team to join our team. You may be who we are looking for! As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices
• Examine goods and reject unsatisfactory items when necessary
• Maintain records of received goods in ERP system
• Perform daily cycle counts
• Stocks goods in inventory
• Ensure parts location are updated in ERP system
• Prepare goods for final shipment
• Ensure compliance to shipping requirements as noted in the Sales order and/or packing list
• Posts weights and shipping charges accurately
• Perform shipping transactions accurately in ERP system
• Lifts heavy items and operate a forklift. Material handling functions using pick list and/or other documentations provided
• Adhere to safety guidelines and 5S in the work area at all times
• Load and unload the vehicle as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Requirements

• Unassisted lifting up to 20 kgs required
• Familiarity on ERP systems
• Associates Degree or equivalent with 3 - 5 years of related experience
• Forklift certification is preferred
• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
