Job summary

Affival is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations in Raipur. The role includes machine setup, inspections, process monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and maintaining production records.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience operating manufacturing machinery, ITI in a trade, and a willingness to work in shifts to meet production targets. Tube mill experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience operating manufacturing machinery.
• ITI (Fitter, Turner, Machinist, or equivalent trade).
• Experience in tube mill operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines per SOPs.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks for conformity.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and report issues to maintenance.
• Maintain accurate production logs and records.
• Follow schedules with adherence to safety, quality, and housekeeping.
• Assist in machine changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.

Job Summary

Experience

2–3 years of experience operating manufacturing machinery. Experience in tube mill operations will be preferred.
