Job summary

Stance Health is seeking an Operations Associate to own day-to-day centre operations and help scale new initiatives in Bengaluru. You will ensure SOP compliance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions while supporting GTM, expansion, and cross-functional projects across multiple teams.

The role requires hands-on, ownership-focused individuals who can travel across centres and adapt to a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of hands-on operations or field operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc.
• On-ground/field experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders or external vendors.
• Ability to implement operational processes and show ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational execution across existing centres.
• Regularly work on-ground to understand how operations are actually being carried out.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs, processes, quality and compliance standards.

• Research and identify potential locations for new centres and business initiatives.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors and other external stakeholders.
• Support new centre setup, launch and operational readiness.
• Drive execution of 0-1 or 1-10 projects and break objectives into actionable tasks.

Stance Health is building a high-quality, technology-enabled healthcare and performance ecosystem focused on Physiotherapy, Sports rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning, and Musculoskeletal care.

As we expand across Bengaluru, we are looking for an Operations Associate who can take ownership of existing centres operations while also helping us build and execute new initiatives.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-ground operations role. You will work across existing centres to ensure defined processes and operational standards are being followed, identify gaps, and drive corrective action.

At the same time, you will work on GTM initiatives, new centres expansion, location identification, launches, events and other business-building projects.

The ideal candidate should be able to both maintain and improve an existing operating system and think from scratch when a new initiative needs to be executed.

Key Responsibilities

Centre Operations & Process Management

• Own day-to-day operational execution across existing centres.
• Regularly work on-ground to understand how operations are actually being carried out.
• Monitor adherence to existing SOPs, processes, quality and compliance standards.
• Identify operational gaps and ensure corrective actions are implemented and sustained.
• Track discrepancies between actual on-ground activity and operational reports/data.
• Work closely with frontline and support teams to resolve operational issues.

Cross-Functional Operations

Work across multiple functions and ensure processes move smoothly between teams, including:

• Customer support and customer operations
• Sales/conversion-related processes
• Onboarding of doctors and other professionals
• Marketing execution
• Front desk and receptionist operations
• Centre and clinical operations
• Physiotherapy/field therapy
• Sports and musculoskeletal services
• Other business functions as required
• Support GTM and business expansion initiatives from planning to on-ground execution.
• Research and identify potential locations for new centres and business initiatives.
• Conduct on-ground location visits and evaluate locations from business and operational perspectives.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors and other external stakeholders.
• Support new centre setup, launch and operational readiness.
• Identify what needs to be done beyond a predefined checklist and drive execution.
• Support pilots, new services, programs and other growth initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects involving 0-1 or 1-10 execution.
• Break broad objectives into actionable tasks and drive them to completion.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and solve problems independently.
• Support events, activations and other on-ground initiatives.
• Manage logistics, vendors, people and unexpected execution challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 years of relevant hands-on experience, preferably in operations, field operations, business execution, expansion or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc. or an equivalent discipline. Note: No postgraduate qualification required or preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with on-ground/field-based experience.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders or external vendors.
• Experience maintaining or implementing operational processes.
• Strong ownership, execution and follow-through.
• Ability to identify problems independently and drive them to resolution.
• Comfortable working with frontline teams and ensuring processes are actually followed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable travelling across centres and visiting new locations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Able to operate independently even when every step is not clearly defined.
