Job summary

R S Diamonds is seeking a capable Store Operations professional to manage day-to-day kiosk/store and head office operations. You will lead store and HO teams, oversee sales, billing, cash and basic accounting, while monitoring stock, expenses and MIS to ensure operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3-6 years in retail/store operations, preferably Jewellery or premium retail, with a confident, responsible, team-oriented approach to daily operations.

3 days at Office and 3-days at store or with vendors
