Responsibilities

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our Mumbai team in a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting our UK & Ireland teams. You'll manage the end-to-end jewellery order lifecycle, coordinate with suppliers, and help ensure smooth daily operations from our India office. Prior experience in the Gem & Jewellery industry is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the India office while supporting UK & Ireland teams
• Manage the complete jewellery order lifecycle — from order receipt through supplier allocation, production, quality control, logistics, and final delivery
• Assign orders to suppliers and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing communication and resolving issues
• Oversee quality control to ensure all jewellery meets company standards before dispatch
• Coordinate with the Sales team to resolve missing order information and operational queries
• Oversee printing and management of jewellery certificates, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Manage ERP and order management systems, ensuring accurate tracking, inventory records, and reporting
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive process improvements
• Lead and support the Operations team, ensuring workloads are managed effectively
• Take ownership of operational projects and additional responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

• Jewellery industry experience required — prior work in the Gem & Jewellery sector is mandatory for this role
• 3–7 years of experience in Operations, Order Management, Inventory Control, or Supply Chain
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Good written and verbal communication in English
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday and alternate Saturdays: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
