• Maintain and enhance Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting for vendor activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to show performance, trends, risks and actions.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency and strengthen controls.
• Maintain accurate vendor and operational data for regular and ad-hoc reporting and governance.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes and maintain clear documentation.

The Vendor Management team supports the effective management and operation of our external vendor ecosystem. We work globally, across internal teams, vendors and key stakeholders to ensure vendor engagements are established, onboarded and managed effectively, with the right processes, governance, data and controls in place.

Our responsibilities span the vendor lifecycle and include onboarding and offboarding, operational governance, stakeholder and vendor coordination, process management, reporting and analytics, data quality, tooling and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a proactive and technically capable Operations Analyst to join the team in India. This role will combine day-to-day vendor management and onboarding support with ownership of operational tooling, reporting and process automation. The successful candidate will be comfortable and proficient working with data and systems as well as engaging with stakeholders and vendors to drive activities through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Support end-to-end vendor and resource onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle activities, coordinating across vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Act as a key operational contact for vendors and stakeholders, managing queries, resolving issues and proactively following up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain and enhance Jira boards, workflows, dashboards and reporting to support effective management of vendor activities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility of operational performance, trends, risks and actions.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and strengthen operational processes and controls.
• Maintain accurate vendor and operational data, supporting regular and ad-hoc reporting, governance and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate processes, maintaining clear process documentation and user guidance.
• Provide flexible operational and technical support across the Vendor Management and Engineering Operations teams, collaborating with colleagues to deliver team priorities.

The Successful Candidate is/has:

• Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft, particularly Power BI and Power Automate, with hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows, dashboards, reporting and automation.
• Experience supporting vendor management, onboarding, operations or business processes within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical and technical skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data and multiple systems.
• A proactive, process-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership and drive activities through to completion.
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently as part of a geographically distributed team.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a Vendor Management, Procurement, Operations, PMO or Service Management environment.
• Experience supporting onboarding or lifecycle management of external/vendor resources.
• Understanding of operational governance, controls and data management.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and teams across different time zones.
