Job summary

Arm Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Support Specialist - Digital Platform Full Stack to join our Business Application Operations team. You will support, maintain and enhance Arm’s digital platforms and web apps, collaborating with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security and third-party teams.

The role requires 3–6 years of engineering experience, hands-on AWS/Azure/Kubernetes, Terraform, and web tech like Next.js and Angular. Based in Bengaluru on a 16x5 shift on rotation.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field with 3–6 years of experience.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), AKS/Kubernetes and containerised apps.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (Incidents, Problems, Changes).
• Experience building/maintaining web apps using Next.js, Angular/AngularJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis and communicate effectively with teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform-based infra changes and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Arm's digital platforms, handling incidents, service requests and problem resolution.
• Troubleshoot across apps, APIs, cloud infra, AKS/K8s, networking and integrations.
• Support deployments, rollbacks, and Terraform-based infra changes.
• Deliver small to mid-sized enhancements and bug fixes using Next.js and Angular/TypeScript.
• Participate in Major Incident Management, RCA and continuous improvement to reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain operational docs and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.

Job Overview:

Arm has a position open for a Support Specialist - Digital Platform Full Stack to become part of our Business Application Operations – Digital Platform Operations Team.

The team is responsible for supporting, maintaining and continuously improving Arm’s business-critical digital platforms and web applications. This role combines application operations, cloud Operations and application Enhancements.

You will collaborate directly with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Product and third-party support teams to maintain platform availability, resolve production issues, support releases and drive continuous improvement. Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 (12 PM - 9 PM & 5 PM - 2 AM) shift pattern on rotational basis

Qualification: Engineering from Computer Science or related fields with 3 - 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support for business-critical digital platforms, websites and applications, managing incidents, service demands, and problem resolution.
• Resolve and tackle issues across applications, APIs, AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure, AKS/Kubernetes, networking, integrations and application configuration.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, rollback activities, Terraform-based infrastructure changes, secrets and certificate lifecycle activities.
• Deliver small to medium application improvements and bug fixes using Next.js, Angular/AngularJS, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Participate in Major Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis and continuous activities to keep platform reliable and reduce recurring issues.
• Maintain operational documentation and work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve sophisticated issues.

Required Abilities and Background:

• Experience in Application Support, Cloud Operations, Enhancements, DevOps or Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, AKS, Kubernetes/K8s and containerised applications.
• Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code, automated delivery workflows, and production deployments.
• Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, Problem, change and handling adjustments in systems and workflows.
• Demonstrable experience in developing with the Next.js framework, Angular or AngularJS, and JavaScript or TypeScript, along with REST APIs
• Strong capability to fix problems, root-cause-analysis, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to balance operational support and software improvements.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services beyond AKS.
• Experience with .NET, Node.js, PHP or similar enterprise technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise CMS platforms such as Sitecore.
• Experience with Akamai or similar CDN/WAF technologies.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch or Azure Monitor.
• Experience with identity and access management integrations.
• Understanding of application security, vulnerability remediation, critical information and certificate management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a comparable practical field.
