Job summary

Arm in Bengaluru, India is seeking a Procurement Associate to help ensure continuity of procurement operations, support sourcing, contracting, and procurement activities across the global function. You will advise business customers, suppliers and colleagues within the procurement team to deliver efficient solutions.

Success in this role requires 5+ years of experience, hands-on use of SAP Ariba/SAP S4 HANA and MS Excel, and strong communication within cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience, preferably supporting sourcing and contracting processes.
• Hands-on experience with procurement tools and business applications, including SAP Ariba, SAP S4 HANA, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint or similar case management tools.
• Experience in sourcing, including preparation of sourcing event documents, supplier negotiations, and commercial and contractual terms used in supplier contracts.
• Willingness to work in a shift model to support global time zones (US, UK, Europe, and APAC).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Source-to-Contract (S2C) support, including development and management of sourcing events ("RFx"), supplier commercial engagement, and contracting activities.
• Provide operations support, helpdesk services, and assist with handling and resolving inbound issues and support requests in a timely manner.
• Support transactional purchasing and promote preferred buying channels in line with agreed service levels, including validation of purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, approvals, and compliance with procurement policy.
• Support supplier registration, coordinating activities end-to-end and maintaining supplier records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Support in the preparation of metrics and data analysis used to track process performance and operational health.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, process documents, and procurement intranet pages.
