Job summary
Techprimelab is seeking an Operations Analyst for Infrastructure Engineering Systems in Pune. The role focuses on production support, incident management, and continuous improvement of CAD, CAM, PDM, and PLM platforms used by global teams.
You will handle environment health checks, platform upgrades, backups, and data migrations while coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet SLAs. 3–5 years of relevant experience is expected.
Qualifications
- Engineering Applications experience across CAD/PLM tools is required.
- Proficiency in handling incidents, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with global Engineering Systems operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for global Engineering Systems including CAD, CAM, PDM, PLM, and related apps.
- Manage incidents, SLAs, and coordinate with product/platform teams and vendors.
- Troubleshoot engineering applications such as CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and SolidWorks.
- Monitor platform performance and drive reliability improvements.
- Handle environment health checks, patching, upgrades, backups, access, and documentation.
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and technical docs; support data migration and upgrades.
- Coordinate with service desks, product owners, IS managers, and external suppliers.

Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Analyst Infrastructure Engineering Systems [3-5 yrs] to support and enhance global engineering applications such as CAD, CAM, PDM, and PLM platforms.
The role involves production support, incident management, system monitoring, and continuous improvement of engineering systems used by global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for global Engineering Systems including CAD, CAM, PDM, PLM, Requirements Management, and Engineering Collaboration applications.
- Resolve service requests, incidents, and problems while ensuring agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Troubleshoot and support engineering applications for any one or more combination of tools listed below
- CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA
- PTC
- Siemens NX / UG NX
- And exposure to SolidWorks, Jama Connect, CoLab
- Investigate application failures, diagnose root causes, and coordinate with Product Teams, Platform Teams, vendors, and third-party support for issue resolution.
- Monitor engineering platform performance and proactively identify recurring issues to improve system reliability.
- Perform routine operational activities such as:
- Environment health checks
- System patching
- Platform upgrades
- Backup management
- Access management
- Documentation
- Reporting
- Support platform upgrades, environment management, and data migration activities.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, KPIs, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with Global Infrastructure Teams, Service Desk, Product Owners, IS Service Managers, and external suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for engineering systems and operational processes.
