Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/business/supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting, inventory, reconciliation, or operations experience.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with numbers and large data sets.
• Solid understanding of reconciliations, variances, and month-end closing.
• ERP experience: JDE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end inventory reconciliation between warehouse records, physical inventory, and ERP.
• Investigate inventory variances and coordinate with warehouses and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Track inventory receipts, shipments, transfers, adjustments, and other movements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational data in ERP/TMS systems.
• Prepare inventory, reconciliation, and operational reports.
• Review invoices and identify discrepancies related to freight, warehousing, trucking, and suppliers.
• Support month-end closing and provide accurate data to Finance and Operations teams.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen inventory controls.

This role requires a highly analytical, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working with large data sets, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy between physical inventory, warehouse records, and ERP systems.
