Job summary

Tricon Switzerland SA in Mumbai seeks an Operations professional to manage the product, documentation and payment flow for physical trades within the assigned business unit. You will maintain ERP data, coordinate with global teams, and seek ways to improve processes to maximize performance and reduce costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or related field, expert Excel skills, ERP experience, 4+ years in logistics, knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in an ERP system.
• 4+ years in logistics or physical commodity movements.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures.
• Experience in European/Africa regions preferred.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product, documentation and payment flow to customers, suppliers, and freight providers for the physical trades of the assigned business unit.
• Maintain accurate data in ERP system as per company policy.
• Look for ways to improve processes, maximize performance, and reduce costs.
• Co-ordinate with Global teams.
• Communicate shipment detail with local and international teams.
• Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers to ensure an effective execution of physical containerized trade operations.
