You’ll manage day-to-day AR calling activities and support **denial management** within **RCM** operations to improve outcomes and operational consistency. This position will **report to the Operations Manager**.**Team summary:** The operations team owns and executes critical workflow components of athenahealth. The team drives key initiatives across **athenaClinicals** and **athenaCollector** by partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, improve performance, and deliver reliable outcomes.
