Job summary

Sagility Limited is seeking an Operations AGM & Above in Bangalore to drive strategic business initiatives and ensure outstanding service delivery across multiple clients and delivery sites. This executive role combines hands-on leadership with a strong P&L focus.

Qualified candidates will have 19+ years in call center/claims outsourcing with 15+ years of leadership and 7+ years in strategic management. Healthcare experience and expert claims knowledge are highly valued for this senior position.

Qualifications

• 19+ years of Call Center/Claims Administration experience in an outsource environment.
• Healthcare industry preferred.

• Expert level proficiency in core Claims Administrations - Non Voice revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and manage large multi-capability $10M-$25M annual savings per client transformational projects.
• Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with employees, Board of managers, customers and multiple Operations system executives.
• Participates in the budget process to ensure departments operate within budgets.
• Integrate new growth opportunities into the company and its Operations.
• Develop and implement contracts with payors, providers, Operations systems and vendors.
• Work with Sagility health physicians to build relationships, monitor performance and solve problems.
• Collaborate with department heads to enhance services and manage expenses.
• Ensure compliance with the company's program.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and compliance officer as needed.

The role of a Vice President and Head of Payer Operations is to drive organization's strategic business initiatives, ensure successful service delivery for our clients, and continually raise the bar of our Operations. An experienced, well rounded 'hands-on' leader, comfortable communicating at all levels of an organization both internally within organization and our clients, and responsible for a $40m+ P&L, spanning multiple clients, sites, or delivery teams.

Experience:

• 19+ years Call Center and/or Claims Administration experience in an outsource environment responsible for multiple sites and clients.

• Participate in developing and implementating contracts with payors, providers, Operations systems and vendors.
• Work with Sagility health physicians to build relationships, monitor performance, improve processes and solve problems.
• Work with department heads to enhance existing services, develop new services and manage expenses
• Ensure assigned areas of responsibility comply with the company's compliance program.
• Collaborate with the company's legal counsel and compliance officer as needed
• Provides leadership and guidance for operational areas as needed
