Job summary

Amenify is seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist for the night shift to oversee the Car washing category. You will coordinate service requests, ensure high standards, and maintain records to enable efficient operation and timely reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee night-shift service requests from residents/clients.
• Ensure all services meet high standards and follow safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to service-related issues and emergencies with resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, work orders, and completed tasks.

• Provide regular reports on night-shift operations to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of this category, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
