Job summary

Amenify, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Operations Specialist to oversee the Car washing category during the night shift. The role focuses on coordinating service requests, ensuring high-quality execution, and maintaining safety and compliance across operations.

You will work with residents, on-site staff, and the operations team to drive performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in operations management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage services requests from residents/clients during the night shift.
• Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to any service-related issues or emergencies, providing resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all service requests, work orders, and completed tasks.
• Communicate effectively with residents, on-site staff, and the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports on night shift operations to the Operations Manager.
