Amenify, Inc. is seeking a proactive HR professional & Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience hiring across junior to leadership-level positions, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will build a robust talent pipeline, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee onboarding, policy implementation, and attendance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for India and the US independently.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation; track attendance and leave.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR professional & Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience hiring across junior to leadership-level positions, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The candidate should have a versatile HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently (both India+US hiring needs)
• Manage hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other hiring channels
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Hire for junior, mid-level, and leadership positions
• Conduct offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Help in other HR tasks like onboarding, off boarding, policy implementation
• Keeping a track of employees attendance & leave management.
• Help in overlapping few hours with our Night team as well
• Has good linkedin connections

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 7-9 years in recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles & in other HR tasks.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping
• Experience hiring for junior as well as leadership-level positions
• Hands-on experience in offer negotiations and compensation discussions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Someone who can take ownership of tasks, handle attendance & ensure all policies are followed.
