Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Business Transformation Specialist in Mumbai to lead end-to-end transformation programs across customer operations, back office and shared services. You will drive process improvement, automation opportunities, and analytics to deliver measurable benefits.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience in operations transformation and a strong ability to partner with stakeholders to implement scalable change that supports sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5-9 years in Operations Transformation, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, or Enterprise Operations.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable transformation outcomes.
• Expertise in process improvement, automation (RPA or workflows), analytics, and AI or GenAI.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess feasibility, and plan journey management.
• Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage and support growth.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operations transformation initiatives across customer operations, back office, and shared services environments.
• Analyze existing as-is processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, automation opportunities, and value levers.
• Design future-state processes, operating models, and governance frameworks aligned to client goals.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes.
• Identify and support deployment of automation (RPA), digital workflow, analytics, and AI/GenAI use cases.
• Track and report transformation benefits across cost, productivity, quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive execution.
• Contribute to creation of transformation assets, playbooks, and best practices.
