Job summary

Flexing It is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer in Bengaluru, India to drive lean initiatives on the shop floor and lead productivity projects. You will analyze processes, facilitate root-cause analysis with A3/8D/5 Why, and deploy SPS across operations.

You will develop dashboards, track KPIs, and ensure benefits sustainment, while engaging teams in idea campaigns and continuous improvement activities. This role focuses on OEE, cycle time, quality and cost improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement programs across shopfloor operations.
• Familiarity with A3 problem solving, 8D reports and root cause analysis.
• Ability to analyze process performance and identify efficiency gains.
• Proven track record in delivering cost, quality, and cycle-time improvements.
