Responsibilities

• Conduct regular theory and practical classes as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Develop syllabi, prepare course materials, deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and assess student performance.
• Supervise and guide students during laboratory sessions and for clinical postings.
• Prepare and update class notes, PowerPoint presentations, digital learning materials, and video demonstrations for SMART CLASS sessions.
• Conduct internal assessments, evaluate students, maintain academic records, and monitor their progress.
• Clarify students' doubts and provide academic guidance and mentoring.
• Assist in organizing health camps, seminars, workshops, and other academic activities.
• Actively contribute to departmental and institutional activities, including professional lecture recordings and promotional/academic content

We are expecting candidates with an inclination towards teaching & growing an academic career. Individuals with relevant practical or teaching experience in Operation Theatre Technology are encouraged to apply. This is primarily a teaching and academic role.

We are expecting a candidate who is proactive and is able to take initiatives for the development of the department and contribute to the overall academic growth of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
