Job summary

Nextenti Tech is seeking a qualified professional to manage the operation theatre, ensuring smooth daily operations and sterile conditions. You will coordinate with surgical teams, maintain sterility, and supervise instruments and equipment to support safe patient care.

The role requires leadership in clinical governance, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and mentorship of junior staff to uphold high standards of operation theatre performance.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Postgraduate healthcare management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and infection control.

• Coordinate with surgical teams to organize and prepare the operation theatre for procedures.
• Maintain sterility and ensure adherence to infection control practices.

• Provide emergency support during surgical procedures and respond to complications.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure supplies.
