Responsible for Overall plant operations.

Manage vendor capacity & plant production with optimum utilization of resources in achieving production target, in line with defined cost & quality.

• 1. Internal - Skill Development & sustaining talents as we have high ratio of Temporary workmen & Trainees.
• 2. Internal - Process rejection & high costs.
• 3. External - Supplier processes are with Quality consistency in supplies leading to Line rejections & efficiency losses.
• 4. Volume Production Budget vs Actual
• 6. Variable cost - Budget vs actual.

Good technical understanding of process & system, in production unit.
