OM Manpower Solutions is seeking an Engineering & Plant Operations Coordinator to bridge design concepts with floor execution in a manufacturing setting in Tirupati. The role blends engineering design, electrical systems oversight, production management and machinery maintenance to drive efficiency and quality.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen), ensure minimal downtime, and maintain high product quality across the line.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or Production Engineering.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing plant experience (Automotive/Auto-component preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools AutoCAD, SolidWorks or CATIA.

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Engineering & Plant Operations Coordinator to manage the entire lifecycle of our manufacturing operations. This unique role combines engineering design, electrical systems oversight, production management, and machinery maintenance. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and floor execution, ensuring high efficiency, minimal downtime, and optimal product quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
• Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in a manufacturing plant environment (Automotive or Auto-component industry preferred).
• Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of PLC programming, hydraulic circuits, and Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen)
