Job summary

Paytm is looking for a Merchant Engagement professional with experience in WhatsApp communication, CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement to manage marketing activities for onboarded merchants primarily through WhatsApp.

You will plan and execute campaigns, maintain regular merchant communication, and coordinate promotional content while tracking performance and preparing basic MIS reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Merchant Communication.
• Hands-on experience managing WhatsApp campaigns/communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and execution skills.
