About the team

Merchant integration team assists Paytm’s merchants with payment products integration. This team helps them to understand the payment solutions and assist the merchants with its implementation.

About the role

For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals, monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internal stakeholders payment solution/services.

Expectations / Requirements

• Lead the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm’s Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.
• Work along with the team, Paytm Product, Tech, and Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.
• Take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations, and coordinate with different teams to get things done.
• Take part in meetings/concalls with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process.
• Maintain regular reports, analyze the data at hand, and present the data as per requests.
• Ensure quick response and maintain minimum turnaround time for yourself and your team.
• Responsible for several operational tasks to manage daily work via different workflow tools.
• Have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding language.
• Have good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a 24*7 environment.

• Knowledge of any language (e.g. PHP, JAVA, ASP.NET, Python) and platform (Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps, Plugins).
• Hands‑on experience in debugging issues for the above-mentioned languages and platforms.
