Job summary

Paytm Payments Services seeks a Merchant Engagement professional with experience in WhatsApp communication, CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement. You will manage marketing and engagement activities for onboarded merchants primarily through the WhatsApp channel.

Responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, maintaining regular merchant communications to drive engagement, coordinating promotional content, tracking performance, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, or Merchant Communication.
• Hands-on experience managing WhatsApp campaigns/communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Job Summary
