Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation and maintenance activities at the assigned client site.
• Ensure efficient functioning of water and wastewater treatment plants and related equipment.
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise site personnel, technicians and contract manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal service teams for smooth execution of activities.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts availability and service reports.
• Maintain operational records, prepare periodic reports and resolve client complaints.
• Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities to improve plant efficiency.
• Be prepared to relocate to other client sites as required.
