Job summary

Advance Career Solutions is seeking a Program/Project Leader to drive End-to-End OpenText xECM implementations and migration programs. You will manage risks, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring alignment of business objectives with technical solutions.

You will collaborate with solution architects and participate in discovery workshops, guiding design reviews and content transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and governance focus are essential.

• Proven experience in project planning and resource management.
• Expertise coordinating complex ECM/migration programs.
• Strong interface between business and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead endto-end OpenText xECM implementation and migration programs.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Work with solution architects to develop ECM solution architectures.
• Participate in discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Provide leadership during solution design and architecture reviews.
• Drive employee file management and digital content transformation initiatives.
• Ensure content governance, security, retention and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate middleware API, SSO and security teams for migrations.
• Develop migration strategies, cutover plans and deployment approaches.
• Ensure migration readiness and production cutover success.
• Coordinate business and technical workstreams throughout migration programs.
