Job summary

CMA CGM is seeking an experienced ECM/AMS specialist to provide technico-functional support for OpenText xECM and Content Server within the AMS portfolio.

You will monitor health, security, and user access, drive document migrations, and prepare KPIs to measure support effectiveness. Collaboration with offshore partners and internal teams is required.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Provide technico-functional support for ECM applications, resolving user requests, incidents, and functional issues.
• Manage and support OpenText xECM / Content Server and other ECM applications within the portfolio.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend configuration, parametrization, and process improvements.
• Monitor application health, performance, security, user access, certificates, and other operational activities.
• Manage and execute document migration activities, including planning, validation, testing, and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain AMS KPIs, reports, and dashboards to track application performance and support effectiveness.
• Define, improve, and maintain AMS processes, SOPs, and technical/functional documentation.
• Coordinate IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) activities with business users, technical teams, vendors, and offshore partners.
• Manage roles, authorizations, user access, and security-related activities across ECM applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve application quality, performance, stability, and user experience.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external AMS partners for issue resolution, enhancements, and project activities.
• Support new business requirements and ensure successful implementation across the ECM application landscape.

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in ECM / Business Analysis / AMS.
• Strong hands-on experience with OpenText xECM / Content Server.
• Experience in document migration, application support, and monitoring.
• Good understanding of IDP, user access, security, and AMS processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
