Job summary

Cerebra is seeking an OpenText Content Server / xECM Architect in Chennai (Siruseri) to design scalable ECM landscapes and define the long-term roadmap. You will integrate with SAP and other platforms, connect data via ArchiveLink and Web Services, and drive migration, upgrades, and governance initiatives.

The candidate should lead technical guidance, ensure performance, and translate business needs into architecture for secure, compliant content management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in designing scalable, secure OpenText Content Server/xECM landscapes.
• Ability to define long-term ECM roadmap and strategy.
• Experience integrating OpenText with SAP, MS 365, and Salesforce.

• Connect structured and unstructured business data using SAP ArchiveLink, Web Services, and Business Workspaces.
• Configure metadata models, workflows, search optimization, and Smart UI components.
• Provide technical guidance on OpenText configuration, customization, and best practices.
• Lead migration, upgrade, and legacy content modernization initiatives.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, governance, and records retention policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
