Job summary

Alike Thoughts is seeking an OpenText xECM Architect to lead architecture discussions and design for enterprise content management solutions. The role requires hands-on experience with OpenText xECM, Content Server and related integrations, plus strong stakeholder management and solution design capabilities.

Immediate to 30 days notice is preferred. The candidate will drive requirements, define technical architecture, evaluate deployments, and mentor teams through complex integration projects

Qualifications

• OpenText xECM / Extended ECM architecture experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discussions and solution design for OpenText xECM deployments.
• Define and document technical architecture for enterprise content management projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and guide implementation teams through integrations.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and oversee governance of content lifecycles.

Job Title: OpenText xECM Architect

Experience: 5-16 Years
Location: PAN India
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) / Content Server
• Experience in xECM Solution Architecture, Design and Implementation
• Hands-on experience with Content Server, Business Workspaces, Metadata and Security
• Strong knowledge of Workflows, WebReports, LiveReports and Forms
• Experience with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations
• Knowledge of OTDS, Archive Center and Content Server Administration
• Experience with SAP xECM integration is preferred
• Good understanding of ECM architecture, document lifecycle and content governance
• Ability to lead requirement discussions, solution design and technical architecture
• Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory: OpenText xECM / Extended ECM Architecture experience and Immediate to 30 Days notice period.
