Job summary

Navlakha Management Services in NCR, India, seeks an IT Operations Tools Administrator focused on the Open Text Suite to ensure high availability and optimal performance of BVD (Kubernetes), SM, APM, OBM, NNMi, UCMDB, Asset Manager, and SiteScope.

You will manage deployment, configuration, dashboards, and integrations while aligning with ITIL processes. The role also involves automation, security/compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to improve monitoring coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Open Text Suite tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident/Problem/Change/CMDB processes.
• Knowledge of deploying and configuring monitoring tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, customize and maintain the tools ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage and operate the entire set of tools including deployment, configuration, dashboards, and integrations.
• Act as SME for IT Operations Tools and APM, ensuring ITIL process alignment.
• Integrate with other tools for end-to-end observability and event correlation.
• Monitor tool performance, apply patches/upgrades, and handle capacity planning.
• Develop, customize, and manage dashboards, reports, and alerts for stakeholders.
• Automate workflows and routine admin tasks using scripting (Shell, PowerShell).
• Ensure security and audit compliance in tool configs, access management, and data handling.
• Collaborate with application, infra, and network teams to improve monitoring coverage and root-cause analysis.
• Provide L3/L4 support for tool-related incidents and escalations.
• Conduct health checks, audits and license management.
• Support design/architecture and expansion of monitoring solutions as needed.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Act as single point of contact for tool-related escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, customize and maintain the tools ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Manage and operate the entire set of tools including deployment, configuration, dashboards, and integrations.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for IT Operations Tools and APM, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB).
• Integration knowledge with other tools for end-to-end observability and event correlation.
• Monitor tool performance, apply patches/upgrades, and handle capacity planning.
• Develop, customize, and manage dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide actionable insights to business and IT stakeholders.
• Automate workflows and routine administration tasks including monitoring using scripting (Shell, PowerShell).
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements in tools configuration, access management, and data handling.
