Job summary

Movate Technologies is hiring for Technical Voice Process and Technical Chat Support (International) at our Ambattur, Chennai location. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical voice and chat support and a bachelor’s degree.

You will respond to customer inquiries, aim for first-call resolution, educate users on installation and usage, and assist in troubleshooting. Immediate joiner or 15 days notice is expected.

• Any Bachelor's Degree accepted.
