Job summary

IOPEX TECHNOLOGIES in Chennai is hiring for an International Voice Technical Support role. The candidate must have excellent English communication and at least 6 months in international voice support. Immediate joiners are preferred and a CTC of 3 to 4.5 LPA is offered, based on experience.

The position involves handling real-time voice calls, working five days a week with rotating night shifts from Ambit IT Park, Chennai. Interested candidates can call or ping for details.

• Handle international voice calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide technical support over calls to international clients.
• Document interactions and issue details in the CRM or ticketing system.
