Job summary

TP in Chennai seeks a customer support professional for web chat and email support in telecom processes. On-site at Ambattur, with a rotational shift from 7 AM to 12 AM, the role requires a minimum of 1 year in a BPO.

You will handle queries via email, chat and web chat, maintain CRM records, and provide timely solutions. Fluency in English and Hindi, typing ability, and immediate joining are expected.

Qualifications
