Job summary

Uberlife Consulting in India is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across functions. You will plan, source, and close mandates with autonomy, while collaborating with seniors as needed.

The role requires a strong industry network, ability to source profiles via non-conventional channels, and proven team leadership. Remote work with standard timings is offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment or HR with exposure to recruitment.
• Ability to plan and execute client deliverables.
• Deliver on recruitment targets with quality parameters.
• Excellent industry network and sourcing from non-conventional channels.
• Should have team handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for and closing mandates given by client with support of seniors / independently
