Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai invites a Training Manager to lead the learning agenda, designing and delivering onboarding, process, and behavioral trainings.

You will drive learning effectiveness, maintain 100% compliance with regulatory training, collaborate with business leaders to address capability-building, and manage content, LMS, and training dashboards to monitor impact on productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual/monthly training calendars.
• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding, process, and behavioral trainings.
• Improve employee knowledge and performance through training interventions.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
• Ensure 100% completion of regulatory and mandatory training programs.
• Maintain training records and audit readiness.
• Partner with business leaders to address capability-building requirements.

• Create/update training materials, SOPs, and learning modules.
• Manage LMS activities, reporting, and training documentation.

• Conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.
• Build future talent pipelines through development programs.
• Publish training dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
• Ensure adherence to training policies and governance standards.
• Introduce new learning methodologies and digital learning solutions.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in training delivery.
