Job summary

Hexaware Technologies is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead training planning, execution, and governance. The role focuses on onboarding, process training, and behavioral development while ensuring compliance and effectiveness.

You will partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, develop content, and drive learning initiatives that improve productivity and quality. Strong LMS management, analytics, and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute annual/monthly training calendars.
• Deliver onboarding, process, and behavioral trainings on time.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

• Ensure timely delivery of onboarding, process, and behavioral trainings.
