Job summary

Crescerance in Gurgaon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead development and execution of product enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.

You will bring 8–12 years of experience, including 3+ years leading a team, with a live B2B SaaS background, strong technical fluency, and excellent English communication. The role requires US-shifted hours (12:00–21:30 IST) from our Gurgaon office.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years total experience, including 3+ years leading a team of engineers, analysts or support specialists
• Product or technical program management background on a live B2B SaaS platform with real customers
• Hands-on technical fluency. You can replicate a reported bug, read an API response, run a database query and write a precise expected result without asking a developer to do it for you
• Release or deployment coordination experience code review flow, branch hygiene, build verification, staged testing
• Excellent spoken and written English. You will be on live calls with American customers
• Willingness to work a US-shifted day i.e. 12:00-21:30 IST from our Gurgaon office
• Temperament for follow-through. Most of this job is making sure the thing that was supposed to happen actually happened

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in association management, membership, events or government affairs software
• Direct exposure to North American customers
• A QA or test-engineering background
• Experience introducing AI-assisted tooling into a support or engineering workflow
• Has run a team, a function or a business end to end, including budget responsibility
