Job summary

Marksans Pharma Ltd. in Mumbai invites applications for an Executive- Purchase (Packing Material) to manage procurement of packaging materials across GOA, UK, TCL, NOVA, and R&D units.

The role involves stock checks, SAP PR processing, vendor development, rate negotiations, and coordination with PPIC and QA/R&D teams to ensure timely supply and accurate documentation. Relevant experience in procurement and packaging materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of packaging materials for GOA plant, UK plant, TCL & NOVA.
• Procurement of packaging material for R&D unit.
• Daily activities like stock checking MIRO / MIGO, service sheet, GRN entry.
• SAP routine activities like open PR statement.
• Inventory control as per production planning.
• Bill booking & Payment follow up.
• Monthly MIS Report.
• Daily follow up for urgent materials.
• New vendor development & registration of vendor.
• Documentation support to QA, QC, R&D & Regulatory team.
• Rate Negotiation.
• Convert purchase requisitions & Create purchase orders.
• Daily coordination with PPIC team for their requirement.
• Artwork follow up & approvals.
• Resolve vendor grievances, and other issues of procurement.
• Transportation & logistic coordination.
• Container planning with Logistic team.
• Keep track of market movement of resin price, board and paper.
