Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage the full indent-to-payment cycle for all Commercial packaging materials.
• Provide monthly delivery report to CFT’s pertaining to Commercial packaging materials.
• Handle indent-to-payment for primary packaging materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address excise queries and manage excise documentation for packaging purchases.
• Create or modify item codes as needed.
• Prepare and share Lead time/MOQ files for PM components.
• Hold weekly meetings with the plant team to track deliveries and identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare and submit delivery reports, short closing open older POs/Indents.
• Conduct regular vendor meetings for price/payment discussions.
• Approve destruction notes for expired/rejected materials.

• Address excise queries and manage excise documentation packaging purchases.
• Create or modify item codes as needed.
• To prepare and share Lead time/ MOQ files for PM components
• To have weekly meetings with respective plant team and SCE to track the deliveries and identify the bottleneck issues
• Preparation and submission of delivery report and to short close the open older POs/ Indents
• Regular vendor meetings and price / payment term discussions for Packaging materials
• To approve the destruction note for expired/ rejected materials.
