Sunshine Manpower is seeking a PLC Programmer in Delhi NCR / Ghaziabad with 2-5 years of experience. The role covers developing and testing PLC programs, reading electrical diagrams, and supporting onsite installation and commissioning.

You should have BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and hands-on expertise in Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLCs, plus the ability to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on PLC programming and industrial automation experience.
• Ability to read electrical/control drawings and diagrams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsabilités

• Understand and analyze clients' automation requirements.
• Develop and modify PLC programs for machines and processes.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and control schematics.
• Design 2D/3D drawings and layouts for automation projects.
• Develop and test PLC programs to ensure safe operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose PLC faults during operation and commissioning.
• Support installation, commissioning, and integration at client sites.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering and Production teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze clients' electrical and mechanical automation requirements.
• Develop and modify PLC programs based on machine and process requirements.
• Read, interpret, and understand logical flow diagrams, electrical drawings, and control schematics.
• Design and prepare 2D/3D drawings and layouts as required for automation projects.
• Develop and test PLC programs using automation equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and corrective actions during machine operation and commissioning.
• Supervise and support the installation, commissioning, and integration of PLC-based systems at client sites.
• Modify, maintain, and optimize existing PLC programs as per machine requirements.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Engineering, and Production teams for smooth project execution.
• Support machine testing, trial runs, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Identify automation-related issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of PLC programs, modifications, and project-related technical details.

Experience 2 - 5 Years

Qualification & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Industrial Automation.
• Good understanding of PLC logic, control systems, and automation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/control drawings and logical flow diagrams.
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and commissioning.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical machine interfaces.
• Willingness to travel to client sites whenever required.

Salary 4 Lac 75 Thousand To 5 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
