Job summary

Connexions Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned Foundry Manager to oversee maintenance across an iron foundry. You will manage DISA/moulding lines, furnaces, sand systems, and conveyors while directing maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have 14+ years in foundry maintenance, with a B.Tech/B.E. and hands‑on experience with high‑pressure moulding and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications

• 14–24 years of relevant experience in foundry maintenance.
• Graduate with B.Tech/B.E.
• Experience with DISA/Disamatic and high‑pressure moulding systems.
• Strong maintenance of furnaces and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise all plant maintenance in the iron foundry/metal industry.
• Manage furnaces (induction/cupola), sand plants, molding lines, core-making, and conveyors.
• Repair broken parts on high‑heat and heavy machines promptly to reduce downtime.
• Test and repair fluid power lines, pumps, gearboxes, and valves as needed.
