Job summary

Job Jerky is seeking a Centre Head in Raipur, India, to oversee operations and manage customer relationships in a coworking space. Responsibilities

Space Management, Customer Relationship Management, Operations Management, Events and others.

Foster a collaborative workspace for coworking members and new/prospective clients. Onboard new coworking members and introduce them to the community. Handle customer service issues related to the center, clients, vendors, and staff. Create a great experience for customers in the coworking space. Communicate with coworking members and oversee bi‑monthly get‑togethers. Plan birthdays, festivals, and other celebrations in the office. Oversees the lobby/reception area to ensure all visitors and first‑time guests enjoy a positive first impression; at a minimum, ensures the front desk is properly staffed at all times. Oversees the event space usage, both for internal purposes and for Partner/Sponsor purposes, including setup logistics and billing. Track and record daily traffic into the coworking space and maintain a log. Assist with local area marketing and networking both online and in‑person to drive leads. Assist with leasing new office spaces and collect rent. Maintain attendance records. Track usage and maintain bookings of meeting and conference rooms. Collect monthly feedback from customers and create ways to generate new leads and onboard new clients.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Any graduation specialization. Good knowledge and practice of MS Excel, Word, etc. Customer Relationship & Sales experience. Vendor management experience.
