AGS Health is seeking an AR Caller for the Chennai location to manage hospital/physician billing AR calls to US insurance companies. The role requires handling follow-ups on outstanding accounts receivable and understanding the reasons for pending claims along with top denial reasons.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of AR calling experience, exposure to denial management, and strong communication skills. Night shifts are part of the schedule, with transport support available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling.
• Experience with denial management in physician/hospital billing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Call US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors for outstanding AR.
• Perform AR data analysis and identify reasons for pending claims and top denials.
• Assist in hospital/physician billing processes as required.

Job Role: Hospital Billing/Physician Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller with a hospital billing or Physician billing
