Job summary

Starworth Global Soluitons is hiring 100+ AR Callers & Senior AR Callers for night shift across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida and Trichy. 1-5 years in AR calling preferred; immediate joiners or up to 15 days.

You will handle physician billing (CMS 1500), denial management, AR follow-up and US healthcare processes, with a focus on accurate documentation and meeting productivity and quality targets on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in AR Calling
• Experience with physician billing environments preferred
• Familiarity with CMS 1500 billing rules and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Follow up with insurance companies for claim status
• Resolve denials and escalate unresolved claims
• Work on CMS 1500 billing processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
• Handle inbound/outbound calls related to physician billing
