AGS Health in Tirupati is hiring an AR Caller to manage hospital and physician billing AR calls, following up on outstanding accounts receivable.

You will analyze AR data, understand denial reasons, and collaborate with teams. The role requires minimum 1 year of AR calling experience and willingness for night shifts, with immediate joining preferred.

Qualificações

Job Title: AR Caller

Job Role: Hospital Billing/Physician Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller with a hospital billing or Physician billing

Process: AR Caller

Qualification: Any Graduation

Rounds of Interviews

• HR screening
• Online Assessment Test
• Operational/Technical Round

Shift Timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.

Location: AGS Health , Sree Rama Tech park , Near Sree Rama Engineering College , karakambadi road , Tirupati.
