AGS Health is hiring for an AR Caller to contact US insurance providers on behalf of physicians and hospitals. The role involves analyzing accounts receivable, identifying denial reasons, and following up on outstanding claims.

Night shifts are required, with a focus on accurate communication and prompt action. Candidates with at least 1 year of AR calling experience in hospital/physician billing and with willingness to join immediately will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of AR caller experience in hospital or physician billing.
• Experience with denial management for physician or hospital billing.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joining should be possible.

Responsabilités

• Call US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians to follow up on outstanding AR.
• Analyze AR data and identify reasons for pending claims and top denial causes.
• Understand the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management process.

Job Title: AR Caller

Job Role: Hospital Billing/Physician Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller with a hospital billing or Physician billing

Process: AR Caller

Qualification: Any Intermediate

Rounds of interviews:

1. HR screening
2. Online Assessment Test
3. Operational/Technical Round
