AGS Health in Chennai is hiring an AR Caller to handle hospital/physician billing. You will contact US insurance providers, follow up on AR, and analyze denial reasons, aiming to reduce outstanding claims. The role requires AR knowledge, night shifts, and strong communication.

Immediate joining is preferred and the position is full-time, based in-office with transport support. The job offers PF/ESI, health insurance, and a performance bonus, with 5-day workweeks and work-from-office setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1year of experience in AR calling.
• Calling experience on Denial Management - Physician Billing/Hospital Billing.
• Should be comfortable working with Night shifts.
• Good Communication skills.
• Looking for an aspirant who can join us immediately.

Responsabilités

Job Title: AR Caller

Job Role: Hospital Billing/Physician Billing

• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and top denial reasons
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Ar caller with a hospital billing or Physician billing

Process: AR Caller

Qualification: Any Intermediate

Rounds of interviews:

1. HR screening

2. Online Assessment Test

3. Operational/Technical Round

Shift Timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM

Transport: Two-way transport available based on boundary limits.

Location: AGS Health 1st Floor, Prince Info City II, 283/3 and 283/4, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Nehru Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600096
